1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all training courses, online materials, and related services provided by NEPBRIDGE SERVICES LIMITED (“Nepbridge”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a course or service with us, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellations

You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and bank holidays) prior to the course start date to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to attend a course (non-attendance) will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to trainings@nepbridge.co.uk, including the reason for cancellation.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course:

  • You must notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date
  • You may reschedule to another course date within 6 months, subject to availability
  • A £50 administration fee will apply if notified after 48 hours

If you fail to attend or do not reschedule within 6 months, you will be required to book and pay for a new course.

4. Medical Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, you must provide valid evidence (e.g. doctor’s letter). You may choose either:

  • A rescheduled course date, or
  • A refund minus a £50 administration fee

No refunds or reschedules will be processed without supporting evidence.

5. Deposits and Payments

Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend or do not provide required notice. Any outstanding balance may become payable in accordance with your booking agreement.

6. Provider Cancellations

If Nepbridge cancels a course, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled course date

If a required pre-course assessment (e.g. English test) is not passed:

  • A refund may be issued minus a £50 administration fee

7. Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

Any discount codes, promotional offers, or coupons released by us after the time of your course registration will not be applicable retrospectively. Customers who have already booked and paid for a course are not eligible to claim or request price adjustments, refunds or credits based on subsequently issued discounts or promotions.

All bookings are considered final at the time of purchase in relation to pricing, and no price differences arising from later promotional activity will be refunded or credited.

8. Discounted Courses

Discounted or promotional courses may be subject to limited or no refunds, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws. 

9. Online Materials and Mock Tests

Access to online materials or mock tests is provided only after payment is receivedOnce access has been granted, no refunds will be issued. 

10. Withdrawal After Course Start

You cannot withdraw from a course once it has started. No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.

If you are unable to continue due to medical reasons:

  • A reschedule may be offered (subject to evidence)
  • A £50 administration fee will apply

11. Failure to Meet Course Requirements

If you are unable to complete the course due to failing to meet required standards (e.g. English/literacy requirements):

  • No refund will be provided
  • A new course booking will require full payment

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. Delays may occur due to:

  • Banking procedures
  • Third-party providers
  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Technical or system issues
  • Missing or incorrect refund details
  • Payment methods such as Klarna or PayPal Credit, where refunds may take longer to appear due to their own processing times and internal systems

Please note that while we will process the refund within the stated timeframe, the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

13. ELCAS-Funded Bookings

For courses paid for or funded via ELCAS, once a CAN (Claim Authorisation Number) has been received and applied to a booking, the course fee is non-refundable.

However, if the learner is unable to attend the scheduled course date, a rescheduling option may be offered, subject to availability. Course dates may be changed within a period of up to 9 months from the original booking date.

All rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to our rescheduling policy and any applicable administrative fees, where relevant.
