Nepbridge complies with the law and operates the following refund policy in respect of the cancellation or rescheduling of individual course bookings. If you need to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, cancellation/amendment charges may incur.

  1. Rescheduling your course:
    1. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled course date reserved, you must notify Nepbridge and/or the Training Provider prior to the course start date.
    2. If you do, we will agree to reschedule the course date with you for any course date within the next 6 months, at the same location, subject to availability. There will be a fee of £50 for this.
    3. A reschedule request must be sent to us either via telephone or email 48 hours before the start of the course. You will be required to complete a new booking if you do not attend the course within 6 months of the initial course start date.
    4. You will not be charged for a reschedule if you have given notice within 48hrs of the full payment made for the course.
  2. Cancelling your course
    1. If you give cancellation notice 48 hours prior to its start, you will be eligible for a full refund.
    2. The cancellation notice must be submitted via email as a proof with the reason for cancelling.
    3. After 48hrs ( cooling off period ) you will not get a refund.
    4. If you have paid a deposit and fail to notify of non-attendance, you are not eligible for a reschedule. Then you will not receive a reimbursement of your deposit and the remaining payment will be due.
    5. In the event of non-attendance where payment has been received, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    6. If you have to cancel your course due to a medical reason, we would require evidence i.e Doctor’s letter. A handling and administration fee of £50 would be charged or deducted from your order amount when you require a refund due to a medical reason
  3. Cancellations to courses by the Training Provider
    1. If a Training Provider cancels a course, you are eligible for a full refund for the cancelled course. If your training provider conducts a literacy test and you are unable to pass it, you will be given a refund. A handling and administration fee of £50 will be deducted from your order amount.
  4. Discounted Courses
    1. We operate a no refund and no cancellation policy for discounted courses.
  5. Timelines:
    1. Our goal is to process refunds within 7 working days from the date of approval. However, please note that in some cases, the refund process may take longer due to various factors such as banking procedures, transaction complexities, or unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Exceptions:
    1. Certain situations may require additional time for processing refunds. These could include but are not limited to:
      • Third-party involvement in the transaction
      • Technical or system-related issues
      • Incomplete or inaccurate refund request information
  7. Withdrawing during the course:
    1. Please note that you cannot withdraw from the course once you have started. Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before the course.
    2. In case of a medical reason, we would require a Doctor’s Letter as evidence, however, no refund shall be provided but a new course date will be provided to you. A handling and administration fee of £50 shall be charged on this.
    3. If you are not able to complete the course due to failing to meet the required English qualification, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. And if you wish to start another course, paying the full registration fee for the next course is mandatory.
