Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients across warehouse, healthcare, and seasonal work sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in recruitment, particularly in sectors where NepBridge excels.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates from our extensive database to client requirements.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their staffing needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and marketing campaign results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, telesales, or business development is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
