About the Role:

As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and ensuring smooth kitchen operations while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in creating and preparing a varied menu.
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff as required.
• Manage stock and liaise with suppliers to source quality ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Contribute to menu development and effective cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in diverse cuisines.
• Leadership skills to motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Dedication to maintaining exceptional quality and standards.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
