About the Role:
Nepbridge Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Care Assistant for our client based in Fleet. This role is ideal for experienced care professionals, but we also encourage candidates with a strong passion for helping others to apply, as training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care, ensuring dignity and comfort for all residents
• Assist with daily personal care tasks, including mobility support and physical assistance
• Maintain accurate care records and support individualized care planning
• Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members
• Provide guidance and support to other care team members

Requirements:

• Good communication skills are essential
• Experience in a care setting is preferred for the Senior Care Assistant role; however, training can be provided for suitable candidates without experience
• A UK driving licence is an advantage
