Job Purpose:
As a Masker, you will focus on masking and de-masking customer products being coated. During the first 3 months, you will learn essential skills and procedures related to surface preparation, inspection, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP’s), and processes.
• Perform masking/de-masking using small tools and equipment, including microscopes.
• Inspect your work for quality compliance.
• Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workspace.

Additional Duties:

• Work in clean room environments, adhering to hygiene standards and PPE requirements.
• Support clean room maintenance tasks.
• Assist with other duties based on business needs.

Skills & Requirements:

• Clear communication in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Basic math skills and comprehension of instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for precision work.
• Ability to distinguish colours and sit for extended periods.

Training:
Masker certification will be provided.
