What's included in the course?
It is mandatory for all applicants applying for a security licence to have a valid Emergency First Aid at Work qualification or equivalent. The qualification must be valid for at least one year.

Do I need to complete any additional courses for the Security Guard/Officer Refresher training?
Yes. Before attending the Security Guard/Officer Refresher course, you must complete the required Highfield e-learning and ACT e-learning, which includes ACT Security and ACT Awareness. These must be completed prior to the course start date to ensure you meet the SIA training requirements.
How can I pay for this course?
You will receive an invoice via email once you have been registered onto our system. You will be able to pay directly using your credit/debit card.
Do I get any help from Nepbridge Services with my licence renewal/application?
We are happy to assist you with your SIA licence renewal or application. Simply contact us and one of our experienced team members will guide you through the process for a small administration fee.
