What's included in the course?
Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
- Covers the teaching/training role, professional responsibilities, legislation, equality & diversity, and working with others in education and training.
Learners usually choose at least one from this group to make up required credits (often the inclusive teaching approaches unit is chosen):
- Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
- Facilitate learning and development for individuals
- Facilitate learning and development in groups
Usually, one unit from this group is chosen to complete the qualification requirements:
- Understanding assessment in education and training
- Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
- 3 credits from Group A (mandatory)
- 6 credits minimum from Group B (optional)
- 3 credits minimum from Group C (optional)
Complete SIA Trainer Pathway with Nepbridge Services
Alongside the AET, we offer:
- Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention Training in the Private Security Industry
