- FAW (2-Day): Ideal for Close Protection, security supervisors, and high-risk roles. Provides in-depth training on a wide range of emergencies.
- EFAW (1-Day): Covers the essential first-aid requirements for SIA Door Supervisor, Security Officer, or Refresher courses.
- Assessing and managing emergency situations safely
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
- Treating minor and major injuries
- Responding to medical emergencies
- Recording and reporting incidents according to legal and workplace standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a basic level of English test
- Must provide valid identification and proof of address
- Refreshments included: Tea, coffee, and water available throughout training
- Hands-on practical learning: Build confidence in real-life scenarios
- Experienced instructors: Learn from certified first-aid trainers with professional experience
- Certificates issued on completion: FAW or EFAW – both valid for 3 years
- FAW Training is available at Aldershot only. EFAW training is available at all our locations: Aldershot, Ashford, Nuneaton, Swindon, and Hayes – choose the location most convenient for you.
