Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing a diverse menu.
Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Manage inventory and liaise with suppliers for quality ingredients.
Oversee compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Support the Head Chef in menu development and cost control.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cuisines.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
