Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administering medication and managing care plans.
• Leading, supporting, and mentoring a team of care assistants.
• Conducting regular health assessments and communicating with healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience administering medication.
• Leadership and organisational skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
