Nepbridge Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse on behalf of one of our clients, a reputable care home in Guildford. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide exceptional care to elderly residents in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient progress, update records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all residents, maintaining a person-centred approach.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Lead and supervise care assistants and other healthcare staff.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse with a valid UK PIN.
• Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting is desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle complex medical needs.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine interest in elderly care.
