We’re hiring a Kitchen Porter to join our client’s busy kitchen in Aldershot. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a crucial part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and looking for a place to start in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Kitchen Porter, your main responsibility will be ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized. You’ll be washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as helping to maintain overall cleanliness in the kitchen area. You’ll also assist the chefs with basic tasks when needed, so it’s a great opportunity to learn more about kitchen operations.

This is a fast-paced role, so we need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You don’t need previous experience as training will be provided, but you should be ready to work hard and be a team player.

Key Duties:

• Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Helping maintain clean floors and surfaces in the kitchen
• Assisting with food preparation when required
• Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and the kitchen is well-organized
• Following food hygiene and health & safety regulations
