Position : Hotel Receptionist

Location: Guildford

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out
• Handle payments and provide information about hotel services
• Upsell rooms and services to maximise revenue
• Work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of reception experience
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Opera is a plus
