Job Details:

• Position: Home Care Assistant
• Location: Guildford
• Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting clients with meal preparation and medication administration
• Helping with light household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assisting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
• A caring and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills and a patient attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required for some roles
