Position: Full-Time Chef

Nepbridge Services is recruiting on behalf of our client in West Blyfeet for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join their care home team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals tailored to the dietary needs of residents.
• Plan menus in consultation with residents and staff to ensure a varied and balanced diet.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of dietary needs and restrictions for elderly residents.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
