Job Overview:
Nepbridge Services is hiring Farm Workers for fruit picking, packing, and general farm duties in Kent. Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate or travel across the UK as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and sorting fruits
• Loading and unloading produce
• General farm maintenance and cleaning
• Following health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Physically fit for manual labor
• Willing to relocate or travel within the UK
• Farm work experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends
• Basic English understanding preferred
