About the Role

NepBridge Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant for a full-time, permanent position in Basingstoke. The role involves working in a well-established care home, providing high-quality care and support to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and well-being.
• Administer medications in accordance with care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
• Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with residents to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a care home is essential.
• A valid UK driving license.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
