Nepbridge Services is recruiting on behalf of our client in West Byfleet for a compassionate and experienced Care Assistant to join their dedicated team in a care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal times.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant in a care home or similar environment.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly residents and improving their quality of life.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own car and valid UK driving licence are essential for this role.
• Relevant care qualifications are desirable.
