About the Role:
Nepbridge Services is recruiting for a well-regarded café in Farnborough. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join their team. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café.
• Assist with inventory management and snack preparation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
